受診・予約方法

ご予約推奨！

ご予約がなくても受診いただけますが、予約の方を優先して診察しておりますので事前予約をおすすめいたします。急なケガ、やけど、辛い症状などの場合にはご予約なしで構いませんので受診ください。ご予約がない場合のお待ち時間は20分～60分程度(目安)です。

WEB予約が24時間利用できて大変便利です。または、お電話でもご予約可能です。

• 予約は20分ごとに区切っています。例えば、12:00ご予約の場合、12:00～12:20の間に順次診察いたします。
• 日々、ご予約時間通りに概ね診療していますが、当院は外傷等の救急疾患の受け入れも行っておりますので当日の診療状況によっては「100%確実に予約時間にご案内できない場合がある」点につきご承知おきください。

To foreigners

For the time being, we are not accepting patients without Japanese health insurance. The reason is that we do not have the capacity, such as enough receptionists and doctors, to provide medical care to uninsured foreigners safely and responsibly.

If you have Japanese health insurance, we can provide you medical care.

We prioritize patients who have made a reservation in advance. Please make a reservation from the website.When using a reservation system, you’ll typically need to register your name in hiragana.However, if you’re a foreigner and find it challenging to input your name in hiragana, don’t worry – you can still visit without booking.

In Japan, a doctor’s consultation typically lasts between 5 and 15 minutes, so patients who cannot speak Japanese are asked to be accompanied by a Japanese interpreter. If you cannot speak simple Japanese or English and cannot be accompanied by an interpreter, please refrain from visiting our hospital or pay additional fee of 11,000 yen for interpretation fees.
